Greetings, I am Dr. Miller, a psychodynamic therapist and counselor. I provide therapy to adults, children (aged 6+ years), adolescents, couples, groups, and families. My key objective is to assist you to realize your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating, and this is best achieved by using an eclectic, integrative approach.

Life can be challenging and it is our job to provide you with the tools to cope well with whatever difficulties/demands life may present to you. We have appointments available as of April 2024. At Evergreen Counseling & Wellness, we tailor therapy to your needs and strengths to help you achieve realistic goals. We want you to feel you can handle whatever is thrown your way. We believe that establishing a healthy, supportive therapeutic relationship & providing an environment where you feel safe and able to openly express yourself without feeling judged is critical to heal and grow.

In my experience, all of us will ultimately experience problems that seem to overwhelm our normal abilities to cope. Life is hard and we need outlets to process those difficult times. I’ve worked with a variety of clients that have experienced anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, codependency, PTSD, substance abuse/addiction, anger management, marital/relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma & abuse, stress management and OCD. All of my sessions are currently virtual.

At some point in their life, an individual may struggle to cope with overwhelming challenges, ranging from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, intrusive thoughts, to trauma or emotional dysregulation. My goal is to equip individuals with a plethora of tools in order to help them manage these life-changing struggles. These tools may include coping strategies, improving social skills, managing intrusive thoughts, or anger management strategies. I am passionate about helping individuals live up to their full potential. I provide individual, couples, family therapy, and I also provide child custody evaluation services.

Therapy can be intimating, Michelle is able to provide a safe space by also having fun with a serene approach. Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. She has broad knowledge of community based mental health, utilizing community support specific to a client’s needs. She brings expertise from school-based and outpatient settings. She is skilled in working with all ages, but specializes in working with adolescents and adults as they navigate through new life transitions, anger, mood disturbances, and challenges.

When experiencing life's many challenges it can be hard to stay motivated and hopeful. I can offer support, encouragement, and guidance while providing practical skills that meet your unique needs. In my practice, I view the client-therapist relationship as one that is collaborative and I utilize a strength-based and solution-focused approach. You will be provided a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings free of judgment while we work together to achieve your goals. I strive for my clients to feel respected, heard, and validated during sessions.

I am a passionate, client-centered, and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor. I strive to meet my clients wherever they happen to be in the moment of seeking therapy and help them get to where they want to be through using evidence-based interventions, encouragement, support, and empowerment. It is my privilege to offer help and hope to my clients who are facing challenges in their life’s journey. I strongly believe that clients are the expert on their own lives and they have the answers to their own questions. My role is to work with my clients to find those answers, and help them become the best version of themselves.

Tranquil Solutions Counseling Center (TSCC) is committed to providing clients with a safe and supportive atmosphere in which to address issues preventing their ability to live life to the fullest. We seek to assist clients experiencing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and grief, along with those experiencing life and career transitions. We also offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.

Everlasting Wellness specializes in Pregnancy, Postpartum and Maternal Issues, Trauma, Sex Therapy, Sexuality, D&A, Acute and Chronic Medical Diagnosis and Women's Issues as well as Young/Older Adults and College Students. We come with an array of experiences, professionally and personally. We offer groups, individual, couples, and family counseling. We offer in-person sessions in our Sinking Spring and/or Royersford location.

The stories that we tell about ourselves and our experiences are our realities, and these realities shape how we perceive our past, current, and future experiences in our lives. Sometimes, these stories do not allow us to feel the level of happiness and fulfillment in which we desire due to problems dominating our stories. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience treating depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with children, teens and adults. I hope to foster an environment where you can feel safe and open to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and work on learning new and healthier ways to express and cope with your emotions and stressors. At this time I am not accepting new clients who require appointments after 4pm, and can only accept new clients who have day time availability.
