I am an anxiety and OCD specialist who works with those who are ready to reclaim their lives. I am trained and experienced in CBT, ERP, I-CBT, ACT, & Motivational Interviewing. OCD is a complex disorder and your therapist understanding its presentation of both mental and physical compulsions is necessary for successful treatment.
