My approach to therapy is holistically based and incorporates a variety of approaches based on each individual person’s needs. In addition to being a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I am also a board certified art therapist (ATR-BC) registered through the Art Therapy Credentials Board.
I am also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS). I am able to integrate cognitive rehabilitation therapy into sessions to build cognitive skills and adaptive strategies for those who are looking to improve their cognitive function.
