I offer you new learning about yourself and new neurological wiring based on scientific findings about mind and body. We build on your strengths and bring greater balance to your thinking, your emotions and your behavior. We meet mostly by teletherapy, but we might meet in-person for our first visit and afterwards. We focus on body awareness, identifying regressive triggers, and mastering skills to manage greater joy in life, stronger connections and resilience. When we agree that you are ready, you can join our monthly workshop where your will learn and practice resilience skills with others.
I offer coaching for people who have benefited from therapy, helping you to develop new skills through new neuro pathways. I use a coaching method that is researched based and focused on management of your stress, anxiety, depression and resurgence of trauma. I will discuss this with you in a free telemed appointment.
You talk and I listen to understand who you are, what you experience, what you have learned about yourself. What it is that triggers you to automatically say or do things that get in the way of moving forward? We will work out a plan to help you have a more balanced and regulated life.

Personal Growth Workshop
This workshop offers education and interaction with others, using neuroscience findings for personal change, meditation experience with others, skill building exercises with others and more personal interaction with others who are working on finding emotional and intellectual regulation in their lives. We meet once a month the third Friday at 4:10 PM by teletherapy usually and in my office occasionally.
