I am a licensed psychologist with decades of experience and extensive education/experience-not a professional counselor (LPC) with less education. My approach to therapy is goals-orientated approach and mindfulness using cognitive-behavioral therapy developing client empowerment. Counseling is for adults, age 18 and older and couples.
