I try to understand people on an individual level & adapt my skills to meet their needs. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, & nonjudgmental atmosphere. Therapy should not be simply "learning coping skills", to deal with negative feelings, it should involve working through the root of the problem to facilitate long-lasting change.

I work with client's struggling with a range of emotional health and lifestyle issues. I enjoy using humor in my therapeutic approach as well as strengths-based focus to help you achieve your goals of emotional wellness. I am currently accepting morning/early afternoon telehealth appointments Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays (evening hours and in-office are full at this time).

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has provided therapeutic services over the past 10 years in the following settings; A Community Treatment Team; Family Outpatient Services; Art Therapy at a Fine Arts Institution; and an Inpatient Drug and Alcohol Residential Treatment Facility. I have provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults and their families, helping them with anxiety and depression disorders, substance abuse, trauma, complicated grief, and anger management.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Waynesburg University in 2018 and has been in the field with a variety of populations, especially children, adolescents, and adults for almost a decade overall. She has spent time working in community agencies, inpatient, and outpatient settings over the past several years. Megan has specialized over time in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem issues, and self-destructive behaviors, to name a few.
