Artful Explorations Therapy is led by Kristen Rashid, a registered, board-certified art therapist who's been working with kids, teens, and adults in Philadelphia for over a decade. I teach them tools to use in difficult situations in school, at home, and socially. Sometimes, clients experience depersonalization, where they are shut down from their emotions, which can result in feeling numb or a lack of motivation, so I will work with the client to help them "feel" again, and I teach them techniques and skills to manage daily stress or triggers.
