With our national teletherapy sessions, we seek to help individuals, families, couples, and children with all the tools and therapy sessions they may need to live happier lives. Thus I combine different holistic methods, such as internal family system, sand tray therapy, soul collage, Mindfulness based meditation, art and music expression.

I'm passionate about fostering growth, healing and empowerment for those courageous enough to reach out for help. Together we will process your experiences without judgment and explore the origin of your feelings with compassionate curiosity. I will validate when appropriate, and teach practical coping skills and strategies. I especially enjoy working with medical professionals, marginalized cultural groups, neurodivergent adults, the LGBTQIA+ community, victims of religious trauma and individuals who just feel like they don't fit in. Life can be challenging, confusing and at times, exhausting. You don't have to navigate it alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has experience treating depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with children, teens and adults. I hope to foster an environment where you can feel safe and open to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and work on learning new and healthier ways to express and cope with your emotions and stressors. At this time I am not accepting new clients who require appointments after 4pm, and can only accept new clients who have day time availability. If you have an allergy or fear of dogs, please let me know as I often have a therapy dog in my office.
