It is my privilege to offer help and hope to my clients who are facing challenges in their life’s journey. I strongly believe that clients are the expert on their own lives and they have the answers to their own questions. My role is to work with my clients to find those answers, and help them become the best version of themselves.

In my practice, I work collaboratively with my client's to move forward through these difficult times. I utilize an integrative mindful approach to address the person as a whole and to promote balance, healing, and wellness. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) and have extensive training and experience in Gestalt therapy and trauma recovery using EMDR. My professional strengths are helping to better manage depression and anxiety problems. I help couples resolve conflict, rebuild trust, improve communication skills & address money issues. I work with difficult teens and young adults. I work with addictions, trauma, and support recovery and spirituality. I can help you resolve family of origin issues.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that follows a strength-based, client-centered approach. As a therapist, I believe it is important to be genuine in all aspects, while being able to utilize an eclectic approach in order to fit the needs of those seeking guidance. After graduating from Marywood University with a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings and have gained experience working with those who struggle with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, chemical dependency, grief and loss, self-esteem, assertiveness, and relationships (couples families etc).

With 12 years of experience working with clients going through individual, relationship, and family issues, Celebrity Therapist Dr. Jeff Rocker has provided therapeutic services to clients nationwide. He is Licensed in 14 states and has served clients from all age groups. Over the years, Dr. Jeff has organized lectures and various events in the community, including excursions and retreats for couples to improve their communication and better understand each other. He has experience working with athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. In addition, Dr. Jeff has also worked with clients in the Movie, Music, and Entertainment Industries.
