I work with adults and adolescents 15+. I look forward to working with individuals that seek help with healing from a loss, identifying strengths, conquering fears and/or decreasing symptoms of depression. Those who may be challenged with completing daily tasks or engaging in social activities are ideal clients as well. Those who may struggle with anger and anger outbursts are also welcomed.

I have been in practice for over twenty five years and have treated people who have presented with a variety of concerns. I have worked with many clients with depression, anxiety issues, self esteem issues, PTSD and anger management. I am currently facilitating groups for women and men. Each group meets once a week. I also conduct groups for boys with social skill issues one each for middle school boys and one for grammar school boys. I am a United States Air Force Veteran.
