I have 30+ years as both a psychotherapist and executive and life coach. I work with individuals, couples, families, leaders and teams to improve mood and achieve positive change. My work is solution focused helping clients resolve inner and relational conflicts, alter bad habits promoting healthy life choices and lifestyles. I utilize well researched methods including CBT, IFS and mindfulness, assisting with issues including ADHD, anxiety, communication and sleep problems. I help clients learn how to live more intentionally and passionately thru mindfulness, problem solving and by developing positive habits.
I have a systems approach in assessing and promoting positive change with clients. I use cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and internal family systems therapy (IFS) to treat depression, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, sleep issues and relationship problems. I help clients align their goals with their strategies, decisions and behavior.
My work with couples integrates several effective therapies including emotionally focused couples therapy, internal family systems therapy and the intentional dialogue. I help couples to be more connected, understood and accepted by their partners. I teach them how to use tools that will help them to achieve lasting resolution.

This weekly group helps 5th to 8th grade boys cope with the social and academic pressures of school and early adolescence. The boys learn social and coping skills and problem solving strategies while receiving the support and wisdom of their peers and fearless group leader.
