The Counseling experience involves active participation of the client to ensure change, the goal being to treat problems by working through issues, not by going around them. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as Trauma Focused CBT.
CG Counseling and Consulting works with clients of all ages as well as veterans and contractors who are returning from deployment. I am experienced with many trauma modalities and can utilize my unique insight into the Military lifestyle and challenges that are common to being involved in a Military town.
