Meghan Blaszczyk is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maine who has many years of experience working with both children and adults seeking help for depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, behavioral issues, mood disorders, and eating disorders. Meghan likes to incorporate mindfulness practice into therapy and help individuals become present in their own lives. Meghan received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Southern Maine and her Master’s in Social Work degree from Western New Mexico University.

My practice is general, although expertise in children.. and i test and see Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. Cliental are of various psychological issues including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, obsessions/compulsions, conflict resolution, autism related, post traumatic stress disorder, emotional..physical.. sexual abuse. Often and familiar with working with local and state wide schools, physicians, psychiatrists, social agencies, multiple service providers.

Hate therapy? I get it. If you’d rather spend your time and money not sifting through your problems, I don’t blame you. But, if you are missing out on a sense of peace or feel like you'll burst if something doesn't change soon, then it’s worth it to invest in yourself through counseling. I'm committed to not pathologizing people (you are not broken), but some of the concerns I work with the most are: ​men’s issues, substance use disorders, self esteem/empowerment, and anxiety.
