I integrate both Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches, along with personal skill-building tools, to help you work through current struggles, and build insight and resiliency for the ones that will come. I also enjoy helping you work through repetitive relational challenges stemming from early family dynamics resulting in attachment struggles.
Specialized training, as well as living and working in highly multi-cultural communities my entire life makes working cross-culturally natural for me. I will also provide therapy from a faith-based perspective, for those who find this important.
