I utilize a blend of modalities including approaches from IFS, Narrative, and Transpersonal therapies. I offer strategies in mindfulness, relaxation, expressive arts, and guided imagery. I specialize in supporting individuals engaging in polyamory and ethical non-monogamy or considering this relationship structure. I also offer psychedelic-assisted therapy.
I believe the relationship between an individual and therapist is the most important feature of a successful and fulfilling experience in therapy. My goal is to create and sustain a safe and trusted space for you to explore your concerns, process emotions, clarify goals, develop creative solutions, draw on strengths, and celebrate your successes.
