My ideal client would be someone who is tired of the same ole same ole and is looking to make life changes for the better. Some of my life circumstances put me in a place that allows me to meet people where they are currently at and work together on a common goal. Those who may be experiencing a variety of issues or concerns such as significant life events, the end of a relationship/divorce, career changes, medical concerns, or a desire to improve quality of life are welcomed.

My goal is to provide solution focused and compassionate treatment. I draw upon my more than twenty years of experience to work with each client, to address those primary issues which brought one into treatment and to join with my clients on their path towards greater functioning and stability.

Dr. Celina, "Ambassador of Emotional Health" is a trauma specialist particularly in the areas of abuse, neglect and domestic violence. Dr. Celina is recognized for her distinguished clinical abilities in providing diagnostic assessment and treatment in the area of trauma related issues across many ages and cultures. Dr. Celina is known for her holistic approach to treatment and her use of therapeutic tools such as; EMDR, HeartMath techniques, Relaxation and Visualization techniques, Emotional Focus using her developed “Five Keys to Emotional Oneness” System, Movement, poetry and story writing techniques and other forms of healing.

Tracey Ward, M Ed, LADC 1, is a enthusiastic counselor whom offers versatile strengths in her practice. Her education, training and personal experiences allows her the ability to work with individuals of all ages and challenges. Mood swings, anxiety, relationships, depression, substance abuse matters , as well as group work are some of her specialties. It is her belief that people need to be validated, respected and heard, to feel valued and productive. She strives to assist people in meeting their goals effectively, by improving sense of self and wellbeing.

Opening Available! Getting back to wellness! Experience with children, adolescent and adults who struggle with mental health and substance abuse (currently not accepting children and adolescents). With a specific training with adults/women struggle with ADHD. Don’t wait another day to ask for help! Unable to see 20 and under with mass health due to not being CANS certified. I specialize with adolescent and adults who suffer with Anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental issues, adjustment disorders and ADHD.

Clients who contact me typically have unresolved trauma that has led to illicit substance use. Clients express a desire to feel better in order to stop self-medicating with illicit drugs and/or alcohol.

As a holistic provider, I focus on you, as a whole person. Over 30 years of counseling experience has given me a multitude of therapeutic techniques to draw on. Eclectic approaches often help with your success, and I will freely use whatever you have found helpful in the past including your beliefs, practices…. I’ll meet you where you are emotionally. Telehealth has become very useful in my practice. I primarily use this platform, but some office based services may be available. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space, to help you achieve your goals and dreams, or just to improve the quality of your life. It’s up to YOU!

My ideal client would be new to therapy, though motivated to change. I am aware of the challenges that come with seeking therapy and want to be a support to those who are hesitant with the process. Ideally, I would like a client who is self-aware, receptive to feedback, and willing to hold themselves accountable.
