Much of my experience is focused on treating children, adolescence and their families with challenging mental health, behavioral and social issues. I have worked with a wide range of concerns in multiple settings. I have experience both personally and professionally with diverse populations, creating a safe and judgement free environment.
I have a strong passion for working with individuals and families impacted by trauma, grief and anxiety related issues. I utilize DBT techniques, mindfulness, play therapy and behavioral approaches to empower clients to move through the healing process.
