I have extensive training in a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic/insight-oriented work, cognitive-behavioral thought-reframing, and hypnosis/meditation, drawing on spiritual principles to effectively change unhappy patterns or emotions in your life. I believe cultivating an atmosphere of trust and emotional safety is paramount to effecting these changes.
In addition to obtaining a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley College and completing a three year fellowship at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy, I have taken several trainings over the years at the Cambridge Family Institute and the Center for Intentional Living in Wellesley.
It is my goal to help clients improve self-esteem and let go of self-defeating behavior patterns in order to develop more satisfying and fulfilling relationships with others.
