We are all works in progress. People seek therapy for many reasons. For instance, you may be looking for a place to process stressful events or address relationship problems. As a credentialed art therapist with twenty years of experience, in addition to talk therapy I can offer the opportunity to use art materials as an occasional, supplemental or central feature of our work together. Art therapy requires no skill or special knowledge of art, and it often leads to unexpected insights, stress relief and increased self-compassion.
We all feel overwhelmed at times, unsure of our life’s path, or not quite right in one way or another. My intention is to offer a space for personal growth, healing and forward direction, and to help you access your own inner wisdom.
