I actively work together with clients to help them break free from hurtful patterns, feel more resilient in the face of challenges, and develop a stronger connection with themselves and others. I'm particularly committed to supporting clients in developing greater self-compassion as they find new ways to relate to their emotional pain.
As a clinical psychologist, I work from an integrative theoretical orientation that incorporates psychodynamic and relational therapy with a present-moment and solution-focused emphasis on making concrete and meaningful changes in one's life. My therapeutic style is genuine, open, warm, and engaged.
My areas of specialty include identity development issues, emerging adulthood, life transitions, relationship issues, and anxiety/mood disorders.
