I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner® who provides psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, families and mother/infant pairs. I utilize psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing® and mindfulness techniques. I specialize in the treatment of single event trauma, complex trauma, dissociative disorders, anxiety, depression, mother/infant bonding, relationship issues, sex and sexuality, and personal growth.
I have pursued further training in attachment, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, trauma and dissociative disorders. I have also received certification in Somatic Experiencing® in EMDR through EMDRIA. My work is informed by an interest in body/mind psychotherapy including over 15 years of practice and training in yoga and mindfulness.
I care deeply about the work that I do and strongly believe in the healing potential of the therapeutic relationship.
