Therapy sessions are designed to support each individual holistically. A unique set of interventions are identified in a collaborative effort. Clients are encouraged to share ideas, opinions, feelings, thoughts and feedback during positive open dialogs. Modalities used to stimulate positive change and reduce symptoms include solution-focused, strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy, and DBT. Outpatient Family Counseling, Couple/Marriage Therapy, Group Counseling, and Individual Therapy Session services are provided.
