Currently accepting daytime clients! My focus is supporting women during their pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. It can be beneficial to have someone there during challenging and uncertain times. My goal is to provide that to all of my clients when I work with them. I am a Registered Art Therapist and will offer the use of therapeutic art-making in sessions to help work towards each individual's goals. In sessions, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment that is a client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative approach. I have 13 yrs of clinical experience in diverse settings.

The expressive arts can be a catalyst for clients to put words to emotions and experiences through writing, art/collage, and music. In addition to the expressive arts, I integrate a variety of counseling approaches that work best for the client's needs. I help my clients create a collection of resources and coping skills they can use in daily life.

Counseling may be the first experience for some, and outside of one's comfort zone. I focus on providing a safe and supportive environment. I also have telehealth openings during the day.
