Welcome! In your search to find a counselor, you have taken the first step to healing and finding balance in your or your loved one's life. My specialty is helping women and adolescents overcome trauma, suicidal thoughts/self harm behaviors, anxiety, as well as finding balance with transitional life issues. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, relaxed atmosphere to help make lasting change leading to a life worth living for you or loved one utilizing a client focused approach.
In my years in practice, I have been fortunate to receive training in evidence-based therapies to include DBT, CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT. In venturing out into private practice, I have found a special calling in working with women and adolescents finding a life worth living and finding a balance within their lives.
