I provide therapy for a range of concerns including mild-moderate depression, anxiety, substance use, life adjustment/stress management, and career. My experience includes in-patient, university, community, and private practice settings. I am a board approved clinical supervisor and serve as the clinical director of a university training center for graduate students.
I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy. My training and approach includes Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting (level II), and Gottman Couples Method (level I). Prior to working as a counselor, I spent seven years working in investment banking and corporate finance.
