We will partner using Havening Techniques(tm), and accelerated resolution therapy to reduce or eliminate negative reactions that interfere with the choices you want to make in your life today and practice building the purposeful life you want. I have been a licensed clinician for 19 years working in community based agencies focused on trauma and hospital based services focused on depression and anxiety.
My primary purpose is to build a safe, compassionate and positive partnership with you so we can work to reduce or eliminate interference from past events and negative messages. We will practice skills you will be able to use on your own to build the kind of life you want.
If you have already focused some attention on negative interference from the past and still feel stuck, the gentle techniques we will use may help you access the changes you have made that can get hijacked by stressful or traumatic reactions.
