It can be overwhelming to search for a psychologist, especially when you are already in distress. A comfortable fit between you and your therapist is by far the most essential ingredient in your healing process. I do not have a specialty. I prefer not to think categorically or diagnostically, and view most of the issues people bring to therapy as complex and interrelated. If you feel understood and accepted, we can tackle most anything you are experiencing.
