I am trained and experienced in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, talk therapy, virtual imagery, and restorative retelling. My treatments are reality-based, thought provoking, and empowering. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling positive, strong, hopeful, and relaxed.
