In addition to my relational approach, I can use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) to uncover and heal your wounds. As you become aware of unhealthy thinking and behaviors you desire to change, I can also use my training in ADHD treatment to help you change behaviors that do not serve you.
