I work with couples and individuals who are looking to feel better and connect on a deeper level within their relationships (socially and romantically). I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-improvement, relationship issues, intimacy, self-awareness, mindfulness, childhood trauma, mind/body connection, spirituality and self-compassion.

I will guide you toward your goals through traditional talk therapy, experiential practices and mindfulness techniques such as breathing and grounding exercises. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy for thought patterns and somatic therapy to address the connection of mind and body. I support the courage it takes to come to therapy.
