My focus is on providing psychotherapy and consultation to adolescents and adults. My mission is to provide quality services to individuals who are motivated to make positive changes in their lives. I help people cope with a variety of mental health concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, self-esteem), physical health issues (e.g., sleep, eating, stress, chronic pain/illness, caregiving), relationships, and adjustment issues including school/work adjustment, and culture or language challenges.

I can assist with developmental and performance issues such as those in career, workplace, business, academics, sports, fitness, performing arts, and life in general. While many different forms of counseling exist, I provide respectful, strengths-based, supportive holistic services that build on what works for individuals at their developmental level.
I provide personalized interventions that have been empirically supported in the psychological literature to assist with promoting positive life changes. I conduct therapy with individuals, couples and groups in a collaborative and respectful manner.
I also have experience with testing/assessment, workshops/seminars, research, publication, supervision, training, tutoring, and teaching.
