I am a perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C) and am passionate about working with individuals with prenatal and postpartum anxiety and prenatal and postpartum depression. I also enjoy helping clients who are encountering fertility challenges.
I specialize in the following areas: pregnancy, postpartum, perinatal mental health, empowerment, women's issues, life transitions, grief/loss, infertility, miscarriage, anxiety, depression, birth trauma, and relationship issues. I use the following therapeutic techniques: mindfulness-based psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT.
