Transpersonal means “trans” transcend beyond the person “personal”. This style of therapy uses different modalities to work beyond the ego-self. It consists of working with 3 layers; the mind, body, and soul. This might look like EMDR, hypnosis, yoga, meditation, dreamwork, astrology, CBT, and other techniques to explore all levels of our experience. I am a trauma therapist and specialize in transpersonal practices such as EMDR, Hypnosis, Womb Awakening, Sexual Trauma, Inner Child Healing, and much more. While I have training in many modalities of therapy, I believe connecting back to true authenticity is so important.

I am a licensed counselor, clinical supervisor and somatic psychotherapist, who is trained in dance/movement therapy, neurofeedback, and offense specific therapy.
