I have a PhD in Psychology with an LPC license/CAC II. I focus on working with trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, transitional concerns, and post partum issue. I use EMDR as one mode in working with trauma. In my practice I use art process, the body, and Mindfulness techniques.
My training as Meditation Instructor and Yoga Teacher allow me to hold the space needed to work with intense and strong emotions. I was Peace Corps in Niger and in the Crisis Corps in Guinea in refugee camps (Serria Leone and Liberian Conflicts) all greatly influence how I work .
