We offer a relaxed environment where you can feel safe and comforted while working towards the life you desire. We are available in Sacramento and Roseville and offer evening and weekend appointments.

Groups
Active Parenting of Teens
Active Parenting of Teens meets with parents of tween and teenage children to help them navigate through this different season parenting and child development. Groups meet for 2 hours for 6 sessions. Workbooks are provided for the nationally and empirically validated training. Groups start as interest is indicated. Please email us and we will have a therapist reach out to you.
