I am a humanistic, existentially oriented, compassion-focused Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist who sees clients in Oregon, Washington, and California. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and strive for inclusivity and curiosity for all people. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transitions, grief and loss, indecision, school/work stress, and relationship conflicts, among other issues.
