As a psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders using exposure therapy, an evidence-based practice, my goal is to create a warm and encouraging environment for you to learn reduce your anxiety and step back into your life in a meaningful way.
In addition to working with anxiety and depression, I also have specialized training for working with those impacted by trauma or loss. My expertise lies in evidence-based trauma processing treatments for PTSD, including cognitive processing therapy and prolonged exposure therapy.
