This helps you as we explore your specific style of attachment, identifying barriers you wish to change or overcome. I am person centered and walk together with you on this journey of discovery and health. I focus on limbic regulation.

Anger:Transcending Difficult Emotions
Use of mindfulness and other evidenced based skills to quickly understand the processes thoughts, feelings and past histories play in our emotions. Group will practice behavioral and cognitive skills to use feelings of anger as an effective means to diminish the root causes by understanding the emotional environment it needs to thrive. This group uses hands on skills and role plays to increase skills.
