I am an EMDR certified therapist. Other areas of specialty and advanced training include relationship issues, trauma, sexual and physical abuse, anxiety, panic and phobias, depression, addictions, disordered eating, anger management, attachment issues, spiritual development, and mindfulness practices.
EMDR certification is a process that licensed practitioners may choose to undergo after completing levels I and II basic EMDR trainings. Certification requires many additional hours of practice, supervision, and continued education.
