My clinical experience includes treatment of culturally and socio-economically diverse adult population with range of diagnosis in outpatient and inpatient settings. My treatment experience includes individuals, couples, family, and groups utilizing Brief Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Structural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. Areas addressed in private practice consists of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, self esteem, body image, family conflicts, and bereavement.
My specialty in general clinical experience is based in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy with humanistic orientation. I believe in client focused and strength based treatment where preexisting clients strengths and involving system of support to better serve clients in achieving their goals.
I have a holistic approach to practice where body and mind are essential to healthy life and achieving desired goals. I endorse exercise as part of my treatment and often session will focus on physical exercises and implementing fitness regiment in treatment.
