I am passionate about the work that I do. I have been supporting, advocating and facilitating change with Individuals, Children and Families for over 23 years. I am a Bilingual, Spanish Speaking therapist, who believes in the strength and immense value of diversity and healthy communities. I am a Trauma informed clinician, who works with Mental Health, Substance Abuse and other life circumstances that lead to distress and cause people to feel "sick, stuck or without hope". I utilize a variety of Short term, Solution focused, Cognitive Behavioral techniques with adults and play therapy with younger children.
