Combining tools from models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Narrative Therapy; Experiential Therapy; and Psychodrama Therapy. When I work with couples, we work towards developing a secure attachment and creating a lasting bond. With families, I integrate techniques based on the family's needs. I also have experience working with military personnel and their families. I am honored to accompany my clients on their journey to positive mental health.
