I specialize in evaluation and diagnosis, which are the building blocks to effective treatment. As a Licensed Psychologist for over 20 years, I have developed a great appreciation and compassion for the needs of my clients. I counsel teens, adults, to seniors to find practical and successful ways to meet these needs.
Through the years I have had extensive experience working with many different people from many different backgrounds with a wide range of issues and diagnoses. I've accumulated expertise in many psychotherapy and clinical techniques. I've also come to appreciate the mind body spirit connection.
My treatment approach is practical and holistic. Treatment is tailored to each individual and ranges from coping skills training and cognitive therapy to use of the human energy systems to help release and heal distressing emotions and memories.
