I have served as an Expert Witness to the courts and served as a Director of Alcohol and Substance Programs and Mental Health Programs. As a consultant to numerous state and private organizations, I have conducted programs in relaxation training, mindfulness and spiritual enrichment using the best of both Eastern and Western Psychologies
My approach is practical, focused and down-to-earth with the specific intent of helping clients maximize their emotional resources and minimize their emotional pain as they learn to resolve their problems successfully. Trained as a Cognitive Behavioral Psychologist (CBT), I implement in my practice the most recent advances of Neuro-Psychological understanding.
