We all experience challenges in our lives. My goal for over two decades has been to assist people with working through the many stressors that we face on a daily basis. From anxiety, depression, various forms of trauma, to improving self-love and self-care, I enjoy helping BIPOC women find ways to balance their lives and heal holistically. Many of us have struggled with negative self-talk, oftentimes impacting our ability to act. I would love to assist you with realigning your mind/body/spirit to a healthier way of thinking and living.
For over 18 years, I specialized in behavior modification with children, as well as providing parenting solutions to improve family relations. Today, I utilize those skills to assist adults with finding balance in the many roles that we each have to take on. I enjoy using cognitive behavioral strategies, but incorporate various approaches to help heal.
I love utilizing techniques that focus on the mind-body-spirit connection. I use yoga and meditation techniques as strategies for managing anxiety/depression, and other challenges. I am culturally competent and compassionate. Acupuncture is offered nearby by a Licensed Acupuncturist. Reiki available now. Contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation.
