I believe therapy is an experience of self-exploration and healing where people find strength and gain insight. My practice serves individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and stage of life issues. I assist couples with communication, negotiation, co-parenting issues, and rediscovering relationship harmony and desire. Negative experiences, toxic relationships, and trauma can plague individuals and couples. In therapy we explore how to increase healthy communication, gain assertiveness, and battle guilt and shame.
Therapy can be intimidating for many. I bring a nonjudgmental approach to my work. I listen actively, offering practical solutions, insight, and techniques to better cope. I adopt my therapeutic style depending on the individual or couple. We work at a pace that feels safe - with you in control.
