The anger management group is specifically designed for people who realize they have a problem with controlling their emotions and impulses, their reactions to feelings of anger, and find it difficult to respond to challenging situations of any nature in a non-harmful way. Typically, anger is a secondary emotional response to a primary emotion (sadness, fear, etc.) can be found underneath the anger. Fear includes feelings like anxiety and worry, and sadness comes from the experience of loss, disappointment, or discouragement. This class is offered nationwide and also in Spanish if requested.
