Whether you are seeking to address trauma, OCD, depression, or anxiety, dysfunctional relationship patterns, the loss of a loved one, or for relationships, are moving in with partner(s), opening up a relationship, recovering from infidelity, navigating infertility, welcoming children, separating or divorcing, I can provide grounded, active support.

I support my clients to talk and process in a way that get to the root of the issue, with emotions as our guide. I create a space where you can put words to even the most difficult to discuss issues. You are supported to do the hardest work, be that facing the difficulties troubling your every day or finally addressing of the past.

I have a decade of experience as a therapist, including intensive training and experience in trauma, EMDR, ERP, CBT/DBT, psychodynamic/analytic therapy, and mindfulness. Together we will build the trust and relationship that can best support you to grow, change, and relate in ways that build a life where you can thrive.
