I create a space where you can put words to even the most challenging topics, be that facing the difficulties troubling your every day, finally addressing of the past, or taking worthwhile risks to grow in how you relate to others.
I have a decade of experience as a therapist, including extensive training and experience in trauma, EMDR, ERP, DBT, psychodynamic/analytic therapy, relationship and family therapy, and mindfulness. Together we will build the trust and relationship that can best support you to grow, change, and relate in ways that build a life where you can thrive.

This group is a space for adults of all genders to explore themselves, their relationship patterns and behaviors, and how their conscious and unconscious feelings impact themselves and the world around them. This group is open to adults age 24 and up who reside in Arizona or California, is currently in formation.

This group is open to adult who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and who reside in California or Arizona. This group is a space for members to explore themselves, their relationship patterns and behaviors, and how their conscious and unconscious feelings impact themselves and the world around them. I offer free initial consultations to discuss group, and I meet with members individually prior to the start of group.
