Ideal clients are those seeking self-help life skills in creating balance in their lives. Mental Health therapies are used in combination with lifestyle assessment to create individualized, holistic plans developed through each clients perspectives and desired outcomes. Knowledge is the tool used in building better understanding of oneself and beginning a journey of enlightenment and empowerment for improvement in life. Guidance and resourcefulness of therapeutic practices motivate the processes of this journey and light the way for self-discovery.
Lifestyle and mental choices are examined to determine areas of needed improvement. Mental health, nutritional, exercise and sleep habit assessments are conducted to develop solutions for imbalances and treatment for maladies. Client driven elucidation facilitates attainable outcomes. Holistic approaches and client-centered methodologies are the specializations of my practice.
The holistic focus of solution attainment is unique to my practice in that the whole being of each client is considered in finding balance for the issues each client presents. Choices, thoughts, habits, behaviors and actions are all considered and reviewed in determining where change and improvement is needed.
