When life becomes challenging, therapy can be a useful tool to help establish resolutions that bring balance into your life. Therapy can allow a person to obtain support that can help with daily stressors, feelings of anxiety and/or depression, and family and relationship issues. I also have a passion for working with teens, adults and individuals with disabilities to improve their overall mental health and daily functioning. It is imperative that clients have the opportunity and resources to be supported through all different life stressors.
I used a person centered approach to build a therapeutic relationship with clients. It is important to provide tools clients can utilize in their daily lives to decrease symptoms of anxiety/depression and other stressors. I have also worked with individuals diagnosed with autism and other disabilities for over 10 years.
With empathy, validation and commitment, I work with individuals who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. We will work together to meet and obtain all your goals for an improved daily life.
