I also have experience working with individuals who are are diagnosed with Autism or intellectual disabilities for over 10 years.
I use a person centered approach to build a therapeutic relationship. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to aid with providing tools you can utilize in your daily life to decrease symptoms and other stressors.
With empathy, validation and commitment, I work with individuals who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. We will work together to meet and obtain all your goals for an improved daily life.
